If your company has signed a CIA or Consent Decree with the government, and you have hired an IRO to assess your compliance with its terms, Polaris can serve as the Project Manager Office (PMO) for the life of the engagement.

By leveraging our compliance and IRO experience, Polaris can act as consultant and advisor to your company in preparing for your upcoming IRO assessment. Polaris has experience in an advisory role for IRO work and has acted as the PMO in accumulating all relevant documents, policies and procedures, SOPs and supporting documentation that the IRO will need to complete their assessment. Polaris can also monitor the progress of the engagement and provide status reports and insight as issues arise.
